Boston's Baddest Burger Kevin Tortorella

Letter To Our Customers

To our loyal BBB fans,

In recent months you’ve seen a number of changes at Boston’s Baddest Burger. Many of you are understandably disappointed with our limited ability to keep you abreast of our serving schedule and status. For that, I apologize.

The Boston’s Baddest Burger team and I are refocusing our efforts to improve our communication with you and deliver the great food and experience you’ve come to expect over the years.

Many of you have asked about the status of our store locations. The Canton store will remain closed indefinitely.

We expect our Norwood store, located at 403 Providence Hwy, to re-open later this summer. Stay tuned here and on our social streams for further updates on the Norwood opening.

The food truck will continue to serve within the Boston rotation as well as at Boston area private events and corporate events. Although we currently vend at City Hall Plaza on Wednesdays, private catering obligations frequently take us elsewhere. Stay connected on Twitter and Facebook for updates.

Our menu has expanded and we are proud to now serve the Maine-ly Lobstah brand lobstah rolls, including fan favorites, the Traditional Lobstah Roll and the Asian Fusion Lobstah Roll. If you haven’t tried them yet, these lobstah rolls are wicked good!

Our private event catering and corporate event catering is in full swing. We’re proud to offer favorites from our standard menu or serve a custom spread to meet your unique taste. Learn more about our catering here.

Looking ahead, we are working hard to better broadcast our serving status and locations. Updates will be posted here on our website as well as on our Facebook Page and Twitter stream.

Thank you for your continued patience and patronage. We look forward to serving you soon.

Sincerely,

Kevin Tortorella
Owner, Boston’s Baddest Burger
